Shawn Malone is a Washington area native growing up in Northern Virginia and began his restaurant career cooking in many fine establishments. After more than 20 years in the kitchen, he moved to the front of the house managing the dining room at one of Virginia’s premier restaurants, Tuscarora Mill where he had been managing the kitchen for more than a decade. From there he became the managing partner of Magnolia at the Mill in Purcellville and later was instrumental in bringing the Fireworks pizza restaurants to life. He is excited about bringing his passion for food, wine, service, and especially people to serve you.
